JPMorgan Chase & Co reduced its shareholding in China Coal Energy Co Ltd to 4.87% from the previous 5.05%.
According to statistics released by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), on 27 February, the U.S. company sold approximately 7.5 million shares in China Coal Energy for HK$36.21 million. JPMorgan sold the shares at HK$4.83 apiece on average.
In addition, on 23 February, JPMorgan purchased around 5.18 million shares in China Coal Energy at HK$5.46 apiece.
