IVOX GmbH and Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. have announced their alliance agreement. This alliance aims at meeting the needs of institutional investors in corporate governance analysis and proxy voting services, and builds on the strengths of both companies.
This alliance enables IVOX to become the latest firm to make its shareholder meeting analyses for European companies available via Broadridge’s web-based vote processing solution, ProxyEdge, as well as to give asset managers outside Europe access to local expertise in European corporate governance.
