Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), a provider of corporate governance and proxy voting services, announced the launch of Governance Analytics 4.0, a newly enhanced version of its industry-leading proxy voting platform.

New features to the integrated end-to-end platform include: Share Reconciliation, enabling institutional voters to easily identify discrepancies between their holdings and ballots that have been received, including accounting for shares that are on loan; Share Recall Triggers that help clients anticipate record dates for upcoming high profile meetings for which they may want to recall shares in advance; Target Voting that allows clients to track meetings and companies that are of special interest and be alerted so special vote instructions can be determined and executed in a timely manner.

“We recognize proxy voting management is a complex process,” said Diana Bourke, Executive Vice President of Global Voting and Transaction Services. “We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and continually enhance our platform to provide value that goes far beyond the user interface, helping our clients make more informed decisions and increase productivity.”
