The Bank of New York has been selected as successor depositary by Israel’s Partner Communications Company, Ltd. for its American depositary receipt program (ADR).

Each Partner Communications ADR represents one ordinary share. The ADRs trade on the NASDAQ Stock market under the symbol “PTNR” and on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol “PCCD.” Partner’s ordinary shares are quoted on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the symbol “PTNR.”

Partner is an Israeli mobile communications operator known for its GSM/GPRS/UMTS-based services and the development of wire free applications under the orangeTM brand. Partner provides a broad range of advanced cellular services including seamless roaming in 163 countries worldwide.
