The International Securities Association for Institutional Trade Communication (ISITC), the industry trade group focused on standards in transaction processing and related communications, has appointed Jeffrey T. Zoller, vice president at T. Rowe Price, as the next chairperson of the organization for the 2014–2015 tenure.

As chairperson, Zoller will act as president and CEO of ISITC and preside over all board meetings. He will be responsible supervising and controlling ISITC’s affairs as well as acting on behalf of ISITC with regard to contracts and other documents. Zoller takes the position over from Jan E. Snitzer, who completed her two-year term as chairperson in December 2013. Snitzer will remain on the Executive Board.

Zoller has been a member of ISITC since 2005 and served on the ISITC North America Board of Directors for six years. He most recently contributed as second vice chair of the Board and executive sponsor of the Investment Manager Forum. He was also a member of the Steering Committee for SIFMA’s Asset Managers Forum from 2010-2013.

“I am thrilled to further my commitment to ISITC by taking on the organization’s Chairmanship role,” says Zoller. “Our industry has witnessed a great deal of change over the past few years and 2014 promises to be no different, bringing even further implications for financial service firms. I am grateful to have the opportunity to continue working with ISITC to promote standards and best practices and am excited to see what the future holds for our organization and our industry.”
