ISIS Fund Services has appointed Marc Weaver, a former vice president at Citi, as senior vice president of operations. He will manage portfolio and fund accounting, in addition to investor services.
Weaver, who has 12 years of experience in the fund administration field, joins ISIS from Citi Hedge Fund Services, where as vice president he managed a unit administering up to 65 hedge funds with combined net assets worth $12.5 billion.
“Marc brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization and we are very excited to have him on board,” says ISIS COO Brian Desmond.
The company is also launching a new Web reporting platform called ISIS Connect.
This portal allows users to access holdings, transactions, contract notes and account history, includes a fund dashboard containing portfolio, valuation and financial reports, as well as a library of documents with uploading functionality.
It will also allow authorized investors to view transparency reporting such as fund portfolio solutions, breakdowns of securities pricing levels, counterparty exposures and financial statements on a time-lag basis.
