Isabel, a Belgian supplier of bank applications, will provide its International Business Suite solution to a consortium of eight banks in Luxembourg: Banque de Luxembourg, Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat, Banque Raiffeisen, Dexia Banque Internationale, l’Entreprise des P&T, Fortis Banque Luxembourg, ING and la Socit Gnrale Bank & Trust.
“This contract sends a strong signal to the banks of the whole world,” says Philippe R. Dubois, the Managing Director of Isabel.
Isabel says their International Business Suite solution has taken into account particular formats and procedures, integrates the local security LuxTrust and will be operated by Cetrel.
This implementation follows other international Isabel deployments for banks such as Fortis and KBC in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, The Netherlands, Poland.
Isabel’s International Business Suite solution includes eBanking, ZOOMIT (for electronic invoicing and EBPP), Administration, and OfficeSign (a digital signature to secure all electronics communications).
