Investor Analytics (IA), which provides risk analysis and risk management solutions, has appointed Bob Pepitone, formerly of UBS AG Investment Bank in New York, as head of Quality Assurance (QA).

Pepitone was associate director and quality assurance manager at UBS AG from 2006-12, responsible for North American Clearing and Settlements IT. At IA, Pepitone will oversee software testing and lead the team of QA staff. Pepitone will report to Andrew Rawnsley, managing director of Technology & Architecture.

“We are delighted that Bob has joined Investor Analytics, Rawnsley says. With Bobs outstanding expertise and track record, IA will continue to set a high standard in testing, evaluating and developing superior risk management products and services. Under Bobs leadership, the QA team will ramp up our efforts in delivering robust and comprehensive services for our clients.

The company also said its revenue in 2011 rose by 50% and that assets under analysis reached $340 billion, up from $250 billion in 2010.

Mark Lysynecky, IAs controller, says the growth results from a rising demand for risk management services. The company opened a London office in 2011 and is working to increase its client base in the U.S. and Europe.
