International Real Estate Capital Management (IntReal) has selected CACEIC in Germany to handle the depositary functions for a real estate fund within the German Capital Investment Act (KAGB) framework.

The fund is a closed-end mutual-AIF investing in multi-storey car parks in the Netherlands. Berlin-based Bouwfonds Real Estate Interment Management Deutschland is the acting asset manager.

“The cooperation between CACEIS and our fund partner, Bouwfonds, has proven successful,” says Michael Schneider, managing director, IntReal. “As an independent service platform, we are pleased to work with CACEIS as additional depositary.”
