Interactive Data Corporation, a provider of financial market data, analytics and related solutions, has received two industry awards for Best Data Feed Provider and Best Corporate Actions and Reference Data Provider at the Systems in the City Awards 2010, held in London on 6 May. This is the second year in a row that the Company has received these awards.
Interactive Data won in the category of Best Data Feed Provider for PlusFeedSM, its low-latency, consolidated datafeed. PlusFeed delivers data on over six million securities from more than 450 sources around the world, including multi-asset class instrument coverage and extensive Level 2 data. It is used by financial institutions worldwide to power algorithmic and electronic trading applications, as well as many other time-sensitive applications.
In addition, Interactive Data was named ‘Best Corporate Actions and Reference Data Provider, recognising its wealth of experience in gathering, updating, validating and delivering in-depth global reference and corporate actions data to financial institutions around the world.

The Systems in the City Awards are organised annually by Goodacre UK, a leading provider of specialist support services for the securities and financial markets. The awards aim to highlight the excellence of system suppliers within the financial services industry in the UK. Nominations and votes cast for the awards were made by participants in the stockbroking, fund management and investment banking sector. The winners of each award were announced at an awards ceremony held on 6 May in London.
