Donald C. Kilburn, Victor R. Simone and Luke Swanson have been appointed to the Board of Directors of Interactive Data Corporation. Simone has also been appointed to the Boards Audit and Independent Committees.
These appointments bring the total number of directors actively serving on the Board to 10, including five directors affiliated with Pearson plc, Interactive Datas majority shareholder.
