ING Securities Services, The Netherlands has appointed Titus van Heur as Director Custody & Clearing.
Van Heur has a Masters degree in Economics. He began his career at Euronext and has worked for 6 years at KasBank in Amsterdam and London. After that he worked for a subsidiary of Fortis on the asset management side. His experience is mainly on sales and risk management in various jobs on the clearing and settlement side of the business. In the last three years he was a Managing Director of a Dutch trading firm. Recently he rejoined ING in order to expand the business on clearing and custody.
