Information Mosaic has launched IMConnecting™ for Issuer Services, a platform built for market infrastructures such as stock exchanges and CSDs, which automates the full lifecycle of corporate event communications, including corporate actions, between issuers and investors.
In addition to corporate actions announcements, the platform can send announcements such as financial results, personnel changes, new issuances of securities such as debt instruments and warrants, and proxy voting news. The solution uses straight-through-processing with ISO15022/20022 messaging. It can also be white-labelled to allow for corporate branding and support local language requirements.
The web-based portal can be accessed 24/7 and was built in collaboration with an undisclosed Asian stock exchange.
