Michael C. Bodson, executive managing director for business management, strategy and marketing for The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has joined the Omgeo Board of Managers.
Mr. Bodson replaces Jill M. Considine, former chairman and CEO of DTCC and a six-year veteran of Omgeo’s board. Miss Considine has retired from her DTCC and Omgeo positions but continues to serve as a senior advisor to the DTCC board of directors.
Mr. Bodson joined DTCC in early 2007. Reporting directly to Donald F. Donahue, DTCC chairman and CEO, he is primarily responsible for all product management, strategic planning, relationship management and marketing.
“We are confident that Mike’s voice will be critical in helping us develop and execute our strategy in the future, particularly as we expand into asset classes beyond equities and fixed income and further entrench our services in new markets around the globe,” says Marianne C. Brown, president and CEO of Omgeo.
