Incentra Solutions says that Simon Gay has joined its International division as Director of Enterprise Solutions.
Gay will help develop and extend Incentra’s existing managed services and professional services capability across Europe in order to meet customer demand for managed data protection, business continuity and data management solutions.
He most recently held the position of storage consultancy practice leader at Computacenter and brings with him over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a regular contributor in the press, at conferences and industry events.
“The time is right to be expanding the portfolio of managed and professional storage services we deliver directly to end users and through our partnerships with hosting and telecommunications companies,” says Rocky Atkins, the Managing Director of Incentra Solutions International. “Clients are looking for IT/storage consultants with deep expertise from a company with a proven track record and solid business strategy. Simon brings a wealth of experience in the storage industry and he is ideally placed to develop our services business and help expand the current portfolio of managed services offerings.”
“No other organization has demonstrated such strength of capability around data management services and been consistently growing its installed base,” says Gay. “The management tools are a real differentiator for clients, and I am very excited to be joining the Incentra team.”
