Impax, the specialist environmental investment company, strengthens team with two new appointments. Victor Juttmann has been appointed as Investment Manager and Caroline Barraclough as Marketing Manager.
Possessing wide experience in private equity industry Victor Juttmann will be enhahed in commercial, legal and tax work related to the growing solar and wind energy portfolio of Impax New Energy Investors. He will focus on executing and structuring new investments and managing the existingportfolio.
Prior to joining Impax he worked as a tax lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek where he designed and implemented tax efficient investment structures and management incentive schemes for US and European private equity funds.
Caroline Barraclough has expertise in the environmental investment sector. In the role of Marketing Manager Caroline will focus on coordinating the marketing strategy for Impax’s listed equity funds, including the IFSL Impax Environmental Leaders Fund. She holds a Geography degree from Oxford University.
Formerly Barraclough worked as Investor Communications Manager at Carbon International, the environmental communications and fundraising consultancy.
