International Financial Data Services (IFDS), an international transfer agency joint venture between State Street Corporation and DST Systems, Inc., has signed a 10-year contract to provide Cofunds, a UK investment platform, with a technology platform and related services.
The deal marks a contract extension until the end of 2017.
IFDS will continue to provide Cofunds with access to and use of its integrated transfer agency record keeping platform along with a number of ancillary services such as inbound and outbound document management.
