HVB Bank Hungary has announced the implementation of MT567 corporate action status and processing advice.
This message will be used by HVB Hungary with regards to voluntary corporate actions (e.g. General Meetings and Tender Offers), said HVB Hungary representative Laszlo Hazafi. Now HVB Hungary is capable of distributing MT567 messages on a real time basis to acknowledge the receipt of a corporate action instruction and acknowledge the receipt of a cancellation of a corporate action instruction.
The system development has been under-going User Acceptance Testing over the past weeks and will be rolled into production on the weekend of May 14th and 15th, 2005:
