HSBC Securities Services (HSS) has made the following managementappointments and structure changes to its London based businessdevelopment team:

Amit Taylor is named head of Sales, Asset Managers. In his new role, Taylor will lead sales activity for HSS Europe for the asset managementsector. Jamie Wise is named head of Sales, Funds. Whilst Wise will continueto lead sales activity for HSS Europes pension fund sector, the breadthof his new role reflects the flexibility to manage sales activity forthe broader funds business. Mark Hamilton joins the sales team as business development managerreporting to Taylor. His previous role was business developmentrepresentative for the divisions alternative fund services team inLondon. Owain McNeill joins the team as business development manager reportingto Taylor. McNeil previously worked for the software company YouDevise Limited, where he had responsibility for their offering to the alternative funds sector.

The team will be responsible for marketing the full HSS product range toUK-based clients, including leading UK-based sales opportunities thatspan multiple European geographies. Additionally, the team will have responsibility for working with the business development teams in thedivisions offshore centres within the region to achieve their newbusiness objectives.

In addition, Nick Bruce has been appointed as head of BusinessDevelopment for Central Banks and Reserve Managers, whilst retainingresponsibility for our global custody offering within the MEA region. Bruce will be supported by Ally Kyle, who has joined the team asbusiness development manager having previously worked as sector head forMEA and Banks within London client services. Bruce and Kyle will have a particular focus on Sovereign Funds globally, working closely with the Public Sector GRM team and regional offices.
