Sanjay Jayant will be joining HSS Securities Services business as head of product strategy for Institutional Fund Services (IFS) reporting to Clare Fraser, global head of Strategy for IFS.
Jayant will be responsible for leading the product development strategy for IFS.
“Sanjay brings to HSS a strong combination of securities services knowledge and an excellent understanding of the institutional fund business. His appointment will further strengthen IFS’ product capabilities and help us meet the evolving needs of the dynamic client and market environment,” says Fraser.
Jayant is an experienced securities services professional who has previously worked with RBC Dexia Investor Services and Citibank NA Worldwide Securities Services.
