HSBC Securities Services (HSS) has secured agreement to continue providing global custody and cash management services to Carmarthenshire County Councils Dyfed Pension Fund for a further 2 years extending a relationship that has already lasted 12 years. The Dyfed Pension Fund has assets under management of 1.1 billion, as of June 2008.

“We have reappointed HSBC to undertake global custody services due to their strength in people, product and service proposition for pension funds,” says Roger Jones, director of resources at Carmarthenshire County Council.

“Relationship management is a key consideration in this process and we look forward to continuing our relationship with the team at HSBC.”
