HSBC has promoted John Flint to head of global asset management. He replaces Marc McCombe, who moves to become head of HSBC Hong Kong.
Earlier this month, HSBC Securities Services (HSS) reshuffled three senior managers for its Sub-Custody and Clearing business in Asia-Pacific.
Andrew Bastow was appointed Head of HSBC Securities Services, Australia and replaces Peter Snodgrass effective 7 December 2009.
Peter Snodgrass was appointed Head of Sub-Custody and Clearing, Japan effective 1 January 2010.
Shaik Ismail Hakim will relocate to Hong Kong from 1 January 2010 and take up a senior Sub-Custody role within the Asia-Pacific region which will be announced in the near future.
