HSBC Actuaries and Consultants Limited has appointmented Liz Carter FPMI as senior consultant based in the Edinburgh office.
Carter, who has more than 20 years experience in the pensions industry, joins from Watson Wyatt. She has previously worked in-house for Railways Pension Management, Westlands Helicopter Ltd and Corus.
