The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) say they are exploring co-listing and possible trading collaboration with the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The HKEx is surveying Exchange Participants on a possible market model for co-trading and the demand for trading British stocks in Hong Kong. Major trade bodies and market participants were interviewed. The HKEx and LSE earlier revealed plans to introduce the trading of HKEx stocks on LSE’s SETS trading system, and LSE stocks on HKEx’s AMS/3 trading system.
