Hermes Investment Management Selects Calastone

Hermes Investment Management has implemented Calastone’s global fund transaction service for its pan-European and Asian operations.

It has chosen Calastone’s network services for their UCITS fund range as it hopes to reach wider distribution channels through electronically automated straight through processing (STP).

“We are pleased to welcome Hermes to our community, particularly at a time when Hermes is expanding its client base into new products and geographies,” says Edward Glyn, head of global relationship management, Calastone.

Calastone’s transaction network specialises in automating manual processes for managed funds and superannuation funds.

Last month, Calastone reached the milestone of 1,000 orders per day for the managed fund industry.
