Investment lawyer Nick Terras will join McDermott Will and Emery’s Structured Finance and Hedge Funds Group, the firm announced Wednesday.
Terras, a well-known structured finance and investment funds lawyer, will advise on the structuring of investments derived from a range of hedge fund strategies. Terras joins McDermott from SJ Berwin where he was a partner in the hedge fund and structured products practice. He has acted for a number of significant hedge funds and managers, investment banks and other product providers and distributors.
