During a conference held on 21 February 2008, the management board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) passed a resolution based on which the issuance of new shares of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Zagreb by private offer has been approved.

Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Zagreb (RBHR) will according to the decision passed on the banks’ general meeting, issue 1,464,800.00 new common shares, with a nominal value of HRK 1,000.00 each and increase its capital to HRK 3.698 billion.

Only the current stock owners will be granted prescription rights. Those are Raiffeisen International Bank Holding AG and Raiffeisen-Zagreb-Beteiligungsgesellschaft MbH.
