Greek Tax Authorities Promise To Pay Time-Expired Tax Reclaims

The Ministry of Finance in Greece has assured the Hellenic Bankers Association that the problem some foreign investors face in reclaiming withholding tax – their claims were rejected due to the expiration of the time limit – will be resolved through a special act as part of a new Tax reform.
