Imagine Software, Inc. has entered into a strategic alliance with Goldman Sachs International (GSI) to offer Imagine’s ASP risk management and trading services to clients of GSI Prime Brokerage. This arrangement formalizes a partnership developed last year in which several prime brokerage clients of GSI began using the Imagine product.
Emmanual Roman, co-chief operating officer of Global Securities Services (GSS) in the Equities Division of Goldman Sachs said, “The Imagine product provides clients with real time pricing, real time risk analytics, and end-of-day analysis including VaR. We believe it significantly enhances our prime services offering.”
“We already have numerous clients utilizing Imagine with great success,” added Roman, “and we anticipate the growth of its use throughout our base of clients.”
Imagine’s Scott Sherman, Global Head of Sales and a Principal of the company, said, “Our system offers the hedge fund user a turn-key solution for real time risk management, multiple mechanisms for calculating VaR and a service bureau handling all of their end-of-day processing, including stock splits, dividend payments, volatility surfaces, and more.”
