Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of ‘A+/F1+’ to the floater certificates, a rating of ‘A+’ to the residual certificates, and a rating of ‘A+’ to the grantor trust certificates of Goldman Sachs Trust, series 2010-1G.

The long-term ‘A+’ ratings are based on the deposit security guaranty provided by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (Goldman) (currently rated ‘A+/F1+’ by Fitch) securing the grantor trust certificates deposited into the trust.

The short-term ‘F1+’ rating is based on the guarantee provided by Goldman securing the obligations of Special Situations Investing Group, Inc., as liquidity provider. The ‘F1+’ rating will expire on Jan. 1, 2011, unless such date is extended or earlier terminated.
