GoldenSource Corporation, a software provider of enterprise data management (EDM) applications for financial and securities institutions, announces three key additions to its executive and US sales teams. Dave Goodman has been appointed as the company’s new chief financial officer. In addition, Jim DeCicco has been promoted to managing director of client operations for the Americas, while Philip Corryn joins as head of sales for North America.
As CFO, Goodman will be responsible for the company’s overall financial discipline and administrative functions. He has extensive international experience in finance, strategy, operations, planning and administration. Prior to joining GoldenSource, Goodman was CFO and served on the board of directors of Superscape Group plc, a publicly traded technology and video game publishing company based in the UK. He has also held senior positions with Christie’s International plc, PersonalPath Systems, Bloomberg LP. and Sony Music Entertainment. Goodman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University.
DeCicco has been with GoldenSource for more than 13 years, serving in leadership roles in product development and professional services. As managing director of client operations for the Americas, DeCicco will be responsible for spearheading the company’s strategic business growth and aplication delivery capability to its expanding customer base. DeCicco will report directly to Mike Meriton, CEO.
Philip Corryn joins GoldenSource as head of sales for North America, reporting into Jim DeCicco. Formerly with Asset Control and SunGard data management systems, Corryn’s extensive experience and understanding of the data management industry will be crucial for the company’s ongoing relationships with institutional investors, brokerage firms and banks. He will also be responsible for identifying and maximizing opportunities to deliver value to new and existing customers.
In addition to these appointments, Gert Raeves has been promoted to senior vice president of strategic business development and marketing. In his expanded role, Raeves will focus on building strategic partnerships to complement and extend GoldenSource’s global reach. Neil Edelstein has also been appointed vice president of marketing for North America, reporting into Raeves. As a reference data specialist, Edelstein will be crucial in maintaining GoldenSource’s position as a leading EDM provider and growing the brand in this market.
