GlobeOp Financial Services has relocated one of its three Mumbai offices to increase scale for technology infrastructure and enhance business continuity planning.

A new 22,155 sq. ft. (6,752 sq. meters) software development and hedge fund administration support facility in Airoli, part of Navi Mumbai, replaces GlobeOp’s Bandra Kurla office in the National Stock Exchange complex. The new facility can seat 250 employees and increasesGlobeOp’s total Mumbai office space from 96,000 sq. ft. (29,260 sq. meters) to 100,655 sq. ft. (30,679 sq. meters). More than 1000 of GlobeOp’s 1500 employees worldwide are based in the company’s three Mumbai offices.

Services provided from the Airoli office mirror those of GlobeOp’s two offices in the Malad district of Mumbai: integrated middle-and back-office, fund administration and risk reporting services. In addition, approximately 70% of GlobeOp’s 130 global product development professionals are based in India.
