Global Prime Partners has announced the expansion of its clearing and custody services with the appointment of Tom Wooders as its new Head of Sales for broker-dealers and intermediaries.

In his new role, Wooders will be responsible for the international clearing and custody services sector of Global Prime Partners

Prior to joining Wooders has held positions at JP Morgan, BNY Pershing, State Street and Broadridge.

Following recent expansion, Global Prime Partners’ services now include money and asset segregation designed for asset managers and broker dealers.

“Tom’s appointment reflects our commitment to growing our clearing and custody operations as we look to provide more and more investors with access to both products and levels of service they are increasingly being denied by banks,” said Julian Parker, Chief Executive of Global Prime Partners.

“We are delighted to have attracted someone of Tom’s calibre and look forward to benefiting from his extensive financial experience.”
