GL TRADE is restructuring itself by creating Business Lines to handle product and marketing strategies, manage R&D plans, coordinate global accounts and maximize product synergies.
Jean Pierre Baron, former Managing Director of GL TRADE Asia, has been appointed Managing Director of the Trading Solutions Business Line, and Vincent Burzynski, former Director of Products, has been appointed Managing Director of the Front to Back Office Solutions Business Line.
Newly Appointed Chief Operating Officer Yassine Brahim, previously CEO of Ubitrade, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of GL TRADE Group.
GL Trade has decided to distribute its Management Board between Paris and London. Pierre Gatignol, CEO and Chairman of the Group, Laurence Saunier, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, and Burzynski remain based in Paris. Philippe Rapp, Development & Strategy Director, Brahim, Baron are now based in London.
“The implementation of this new organisation is effective as of 1st September 2006 and will not only reinforce our global position in the UK but will also allow smoother decision making processes,” says Gatignol.
