GL TRADE, a provider of integrated and multi-market software applications for financial institutions, has appointed Clive Pedder as CEO of GL TRADE London Northern Europe.
Clive Pedder, 50, joins from Misys plc where he held the positions of CEO of Asset Management Systems, that, he was CEO of MPCT Solutions Corporation, a provider of international wholesale banking applications.
His earlier career included various sales, business development and management positions within Hewlett-Packard and Tandem Computers, focused on the financial markets technology sector.
Subsequently he was involved in the development of European technology markets including Le Nouveau March, Neuer Markt and EURO.NM, and was a member of the Management Board of EASDAQ prior to its sale to Nasdaq.
