GL Trade appointed Herbert Robijn, 40, as its new managing director of its Amsterdam office, the company announced last week.
Robijin founded IRIS, a specialized options trading and market making software GL Trade acquired in 2004. In Amsterdam Robijin will develop GL Trade’s cross asset business in front to back office product lines and oversee the global development of GL RUBYX, the automated and smart option trading system.
