Georgeson Shareholder Communications, Inc. and Pepper today announced the formation of a new global stakeholder relationship management group – combining Georgeson Shareholder’s corporate proxy and market intelligence units with Pepper’s stakeholder communication solutions.
The new group will combine Georgeson’s proxy knowledge and Pepper’s advanced data intelligence and stakeholder consultancy services. Both organizations are part of the Computershare Ltd. family of companies.
Led by Pepper’s founder and most recent CEO, Oliver Niedermaier, Ph.D., Computershare’s stakeholder relationship management group is being positioned to offer a broad spectrum of financial communication services to corporations and their stakeholders – specifically investors, customers, employee and other interest groups.
