Last night Global Custodian recognised its North American Industry Leaders at an awards ceremony at Chelsea Piers in New York City.
Among the multiple award winners were BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
In addition to the array of award winners - listed below - Jay Hooley, CEO of State Street, was recognised for his long-standing commitment to the industry with a lifetime achievement award.
We also named our first ever Industry Person of the Year for North America, decided by a live vote held throughout the day. Around 8,000 votes were cast in a very close race, with Peter Cherecwich, president of corporate & institutional services at Northern Trust, taking away the honour at the end of the night.
