India’s PIVOT Management Consulting has entered a strategic alliance with Singapore-based consultancy AlfaSec to collaborate across their respective markets.
PIVOT is run by GC Legend Viraj Kulkarni, while AlfaSec Advisors is sponsored by Roger Harrold and Philippe Metoudi and works with the securities and funds industry.
The alliance will focus on supporting strategic planning to service investors and service providers expanding into either India or Singapore.
PIVOT is headquartered in Mumbai, India with a presence in Cyprus. The consultancy partners with firms in Mauritius, Canada, UK, South Africa, Luxembourg and Hong Kong.
AlfaSec Advisors provides strategic and business management advice for business expansion or development in Asia Pacific, and helps clients wishing to establish a footprint in Singapore.
“Both Pivot Consulting and AlfaSec Advisors are ideally positioned to provide experienced and practiced independent professionals in each local market, to develop business expansion plans, support with corporate governance and licence requirements, and deliver resources to build onshore presence in either or both locations,” the firms said in a statement.
AlfaSec and PIVOT are both members of the global consulting outfit The Securities Services Advisory Group (TSSAG).
