The survey provides a comprehensive snapshot of agent banks across 27 key jurisdictions including many EU countries, the United States, South Africa and Singapore.
Agent Banks in Major Markets gives an overview of market sentiment and detailed perception metrics on agent banks worldwide.
Service areas covered include settlement, asset servicing, relationship management and client service, reporting, technology, ancillary services and value delivered.
