Gary Bullock Joins Credit Suisse As Head of Global Operations For The Investment Bank

Gary Bullock has joined Credit Suisse as a managing director and head of Operations for the Investment Bank. Bullock reports to David Mathers, the Investment Bank’s head of Finance and Romeo Lacher, Head of Operations for the Private Bank.

Bullock has extensive experience in Operations, IT and Product Control, having worked for both Morgan Stanley and UBS over the last twenty-two years. He held a number of senior positions at the latter firm, including global head of IB Operations and global head of IB Operations & IT and has worked in both North America and Europe.

“We are very pleased to have Gary join as the Head of Operations. He brings considerable investment banking experience and a strong track record of driving efficiencies and improvements in Operations. I’m confident that this will enable Credit Suisse to further improve productivity and enhance our systems in this critical area of the Investment Bank,” says Mathers.

“Gary is a seasoned operations executive who will leverage his broad investment banking experience to benefit the Private Bank as well. We look forward to his leadership in delivering an even stronger, more integrated operations platform and further developing synergies between the two areas,” adds Lacher.

Bullock will be based in London and joins the Investment Bank Management Committee. He starts his position with immediate effect.
