Fusion Alternative Investment Partners (Fusion AI), a private equity adviser specialising in technology and services, has agreed an investment in Etheios Group Ltd, service provider to the investment management community.
Etheios, which is based in the UK, currently provides business and IT services to asset and investment managers and their service and software suppliers. It covers the entire lifecycle from strategy through planning, business case definition, design, development, testing and user acceptance, to project management, implementation and post-operational reviews and support. Etheios specialises in fund services, front office, alternative investments, regulatory approval, compliance and testing, as well as implementation of specialised system platforms for equity, bond and derivatives trading, settlement and record keeping.
