Fundtech has more than 50 clients in the US using its ASP service centers, the company announced Thursday.
Through its service centers, Fundtech offers several services, including corporate payments, cash management disaster recovery and post-trade securities processing.
Fundtech says its ASP allowed banks in Florida and Mississippi to back a quick come-back after Hurricane Katrina devastated parts of the Gulf Coast in August 2005.
“Fundtech’s disaster recovery service was an enormous help to us, and enabled us to provide virtually uninterrupted service to our corporate clients,” says Phil Axton, vice president and electronic banking manager at Trustmark Bank in Mississippi.
