Fundtech Ltd. has signed an alliance with Wausau, enabling Fundtech to offer WAUSAU’s industry-leading Remote Corporate Capture (RCC) applications to its clients – ranging from smaller organisations that serve local or niche markets to large, global institutions providing comprehensive services.
WAUSAU’s WebDDL offering is a thin client, web-based application designed for the remote capture of deposits and payments. This will enable Fundtech clients to immediately expand their existing cash management services business by providing this important new capability to their corporate customers. The Remote Corporate Capture application enables corporate customers to process deposits and payments quickly and securely without leaving their location.

WAUSAU’s Remote Corporate Capture includes web-based, PC-based deposit and remote payment lockbox functionality. The system is available for in-house licensing and installation as well as via an ASP. The application captures and deposits payments at remote locations and allows complete image processing of each item. The application then electronically transmits balanced transactions with validated images to the client’s depository bank for final electronic clearing.
The system is quickly and easily deployed in a “no-touch” manner. Web clients simply access a link to order scanner technology and download the necessary drivers to begin operation.
