Frankfurt Stock Exchange is running a new stock exchange game from 1 October to 31 December. In this years version, participants can trade all of the approximately 400,000 securities listed in Frankfurt and on the pan-European trading platform Xetra on a virtual basis.

Seed money of 50,000 is deposited in a fictitious securities account for speculating and investing. The object of the game is to earn the highest return by the end of the year. While the game is running, the securities account with the best weekly performance will be determined every Thursday. Two types of securities accounts are available; they will be valuated separately but can also both be held at the same time: There is a speculative one, which can contain up to 20 percent in warrants and leverage certificates, and a conservative securities account without leveraged securities.
