Forum Financial Group, the Miane-based hedge fund administrator, has launched a new version of its HedgeLink client reporting platform.

The web-based tool aims to provide Forum’s hedge fund and offshore clients with rapid access to their reports and fund-related information, such as offering and subscription documents. HedgeLink is also a repository for historic reporting, allowing clients to access all prior period reports.

“Clients can easily customize HedgeLink to rapidly create and download unique sets of reports,” says Marc Keffer, Forum’s Senior Manager for Alternative Investments. “They can then store these specific report groups for future access and schedule preferred deliveries.”

Unsurprisingly, Keffer also emphasises the the security of the platform. “HedgeLink features Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure privacy and data integrity, and is enhanced with RSA Public Key Encryption, providing our clients with the highest security level available,” he says. “In order to offer maximum flexibility, HedgeLink allows clients the ability to issue selected users individualized permission for access to specific reports.”

“Forum has leveraged its proven ability to create cost-effective and flexible web-based solutions for registered investment funds to offer its hedge and offshore clients the same benefits with HedgeLink”, adds David Goldstein, Forum’s Director of Business & Product Development. “Our clients are assured that their back office servicing is state-of-the-art, so they can focus on their primary concern – managing the fund.”

Forum Financial Group is fund administrator to hedge and mutual funds from its operational facilities in Portland, Maine, Poland and Bermuda, providing fund administration, distribution and accounting services, as well as transfer agency, shareholder services and custody. Forum services over $130 billion in fund assets.
