AXA Rosenberg Group, the specialist fund management firm owned by the AXA Investment Managers group, says Simon Vanstone has been named chief executive officer of AXA Rosenberg Investment Management Ltd in London. He will be responsible for the company’s European operations.
Vanstone succeeds Will Jump who, having completed his scheduled appointment as chief executive officer of AXA Rosenberg in London, will now return to AXA Rosenberg’s office in Orinda, California. Jump, who will remain a board member for AXA Rosenberg in London, will also take on a new leadership role in the company’s headquarters in Orinda as head of technology and production.
Vanstone joined AXA Rosenberg nearly three years ago, during which time he was head of its European marketing and sales team. He will work closely with Agustin Sevilla, chief investment officer of AXA Rosenberg in London, and Pascale Demont, who has recently been promoted to the position of chief operating officer of AXA Rosenberg in London. Demont has been with AXA Rosenberg for six years.

Simon Vanstone joined the firm in 2002 as head of sales and marketing for Europe. He has held various roles during his 16 years experience in the asset management industry. These include marketing and sales director for State Street Global Advisors in London and Dubai, and associate director of marketing for Hill Samuel Investment Management.
Pascale Demont originally joined AXA Rosenberg in 1999 and was focused on business development including the distribution of AXA Rosenberg’s range of pooled products in Europe.
