FrontLine Compliance, a recently launched securities services firm in Alexandria, VA, will feature a former SEC and NASD regulator as its founder.
Amy Lynch, who founded FrontLine, has 18 years experience in the financial industry, and her new firm will offers regulatory compliance consulting for broker-dealers, advisers, investment companies, hedge funds and insurance companies.
“We focus on minimizing the arduous regulatory administration work being done by compliance departments,” Lynch says. “Compliance Officers have enough to do managing their day-to-day operations, let alone dealing with a constant onslaught of regulatory requests.
