A 25-year securities lending expert, formerly of Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) and Northern Trust has joined up with eSecLending.

The third-party securities lending agent has added Jacqueline Waller as senior vice president, head of client relationship management for EMEA.

She will be based in London.

Waller spent almost 15 years with Northern Trust as vice president within securities lending, before joining BBH in a similar role.

She joins eSecLending to assist in its building out of new products and services within a rapidly changing securities lending market which is facing increased regulation along with a sharper focus on environmental, social and governance.

The lending agent is among the asset managers, hedge funds and custodians who have signed up as a member of the new Global Peer Financing Association (GPFA).
