FlexTrade Systems announced that its FlexTRADER Reg NMS compliant smart router is certified with outbound routing services from Order Execution Services (OES).

Implemented in accordance with the mandated Trading and Pilot Stocks Phases for Reg. NMS compliance, FlexTrade joins market centers, including NYSE Arca, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) and the ISE Stock Exchange, as well as broker-dealers who use OES’s services to meet Reg NMS compliance requirements.
